Teacher volunteers assist the teachers in their teaching activities and make sure that the educational needs of each and every student are met, and no one is left unattended. Community volunteers and community services interns help TWS in the efficient performance of community tasks e.g. our community mobilisation. Ambassadors for Education promote the need for education on various platforms including their institutes and on the social media handles so that maximum awareness for education can be created and more people can benefit from it. Art teachers have the most fun job and help students in putting their imaginations into a piece of art and create activities for children.
The student-teacher relationship is the one that is the most memorable for a child. In fact, children spend more time at school and school is their second home. We at TWS, make sure that every child has the warmest relationship with his/her teacher. Teachers try to make students at home and listen to their concerns.
In wake of COVID-19, all the processes were halted and various onsite activities were transferred to on;line. TWS made its hiring process flexible and started to conduct both in-person and online interviews.
