TWS—Chaho!

Nestled in the resilient heart of Tharparkar, Chaho Village was home to a vibrant yet struggling school—filled with eager learners but starved of space and resources. With over 700 children enrolled and only a few classrooms, learning often meant cramming together on dusty floors, under scorching sun or open skies. The spirit to learn was strong, but the conditions were not.

Recognizing this potential, The Walkway School (TWS) stepped in—not to replace, but to rebuild. We constructed two additional classrooms, giving students the space, dignity, and comfort they deserve. This expansion transformed not just the school, but the confidence of every child who now walks in with pride.

Today, TWS Chaho stands as a beacon of what’s possible when passion meets purpose. With renewed hope and strengthened infrastructure, it continues to nurture dreams in the desert—proving that even in the most remote corners, education can bloom beautifully.
